L’Arche Canada is seeking a Director of Operations at their national office located in Montreal. The Director of Operations will be responsible for implementing priorities set by L’Arche Canada’s National Coordinators.

More specifically, the Director of Operations will manage L’Arche Canada’s financial operations and human resources, and supervise national projects and events. The Director will also manage and mitigate risks to the organization, its clients and its Board of Directors. As well, the Director of Operations will manage the day-to-day operations of the L’Arche Canada Office, including establishing priorities and coordinating the workload and resources for projects/events.

Ideal candidates will have worked for at least 5 years in a similar position. They will have strong organizational skills, an ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a small office environment, experience in managing projects from inception through implementation and evaluation, and proficiency in accounting/financial matters. They will also be bilingual (English/French).
