This annual workshop is open to people responsible for human resources in L’Arche communities in Canada. The deadline to register is November 16th.  Among the topics to be discussed this year are the following:

Generation Y

Generation Y, also known as the Millennial Generation, Generation Next or Net Generation,describes the demographic cohort following Generation X.  Its members born in the mid-1970s to the early 2000s are often referred to as Millennials or Echo Boomers.
