Drawing Ourselves Closer to People livng with Intellectual Disabilities
L'Arche Canada-Communications
Posted 2012-04-11 17:41:20

The "1001 Drawings" campaign, aimed at increasing our awareness and understanding of people with an intellectual disability, is now started and will end on December 3rd on the International Day of Disabled Persons.!

The goal is 1001 drawings before the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, December 3, 2008!

The best way to help us move the project forward right now is by sending us pictures of friends or relatives living with an intellectual disability, these pictures will then be transformed in drawings like the one above or here on the left.

Address : 1001drawings@voicesandcolours.org

And don't forget to check the website regularly for more information!
