Passing Away of Christine McGrievy's Father

Christine McGrievy has very recently lost her father. The funeral was held in England on July 3rd.
We are bearing Christine and all her family in our thoughts and prayers in this time of grieving and hope.

The Intouchables is a French film that was seen by more than 20 millions spectators and has become a cultural phenomenon in France. It was voted cultural event of the year 2011. The movie, a true story, tells the development of the improbable friendship between Philippe, a wealthy tetraplegic, and Driss, a young offender of Senegalese descent, who is hired as his live-in carer.

This morning's terrorist attack in Damascus was monstrous and without a grain of humanity. Fortunately the community of Al-Safina and their friends are doing well, despite the daily anxiety in which we live. Your prayers are vital to us.

The community of Al-Safina in Damascus is doing well despite the painful events that Syria is living. The last two criminal attacks of March 17 weighed heavily on our hearts but thank God they have not reached anyone close to Al-Safina. Your prayers are vital to us.
