Position Summary
The Homes Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Homes and Programs at L’Arche Stratford. They are an effective member of the Leadership Team and an active member of the L’Arche Stratford Community. The main responsibilities of the Homes Coordinator include: supervising and coaching House and Program Leaders; oversight of homes, programs, and individual (‘Core Member’) supports; liaising with family members, government agencies, care professionals, and maintenance professionals; chairing the Health and Safety Committee; facilitating and participating in meetings. Some weekend and evening availability is required.
