Christine Monier appointed for a new Mandate as Community Leader
Tony Reynolds and Pat Favaro
Posted 2011-12-03 21:43:26

Christine Monier has been appointed for a new mandate as Community Leader of L'Arche Comox Valley, from June 2012 to June 2016.  The Board of Directors made this appointment following a selection process in the Community.

Christine came to L'Arche Comox Valley with her family two years ago, to serve as Community Leader and to lead the development of the Community toward Permanent Membership in the Federation.  While this process for the Community's membership continues, the time has come to affirm that Christine and her family will stay in L'Arche Comox Valley for the next four years, and that she will take a new mandate.

We are grateful for the many gifts given through Christine's leadership.  Her faith, experience, and many leadership gifts are helping the Community to develop and grow.  She brings energy and vibrancy to the role.  We are grateful for her willingness to take a new mandate, to continue to build relationships with the members of the Community, and to provide the leadership needed for the next stage of the Community's journey.

With gratitude,

Tony Reynolds, Board Chair                                                                                                               Pat Favaro, Regional Coordinator
